Haverhill's native sons The New Highway Hymnal just put out a sleek, black and white behind the scenes clip chronicling the musical journey that they've taken this far created by the fine folks over at Converse. Frontman Hadden Stemp details the band's early beginnings by the shores of the Merrimack River in Haverhill, and it also takes us behind the scenes of the band in action down at Q Division Studios in Davis Square, Somerville where the musical magic unfolds and comes together in manners that can't possibly be described. This band is by and far the best local band in Boston right now, no question about it and them being chosen by Deafhaven to open for them at The Sinclair last month shows how far they've come and their immense talent that has paved the way for possibilities never before dreamed up.
