Boston based alt rockers Mister Vertigo are gearing for a big release show this Friday when they grace the stage with The LIfe Electric and others at O'Brien's in Allston. The band are gearing up to release their brand new LP "Dreaming On The Left Side, that explores a whole host of genres from power pop, americana, to garage punk and everything in between. Produced by Brian Charles who also worked with The Sheila Divine, you can clearly pick out his influence in the band's sound, and the finished product is gearing up to one of those hot, big summer breakout albums for the band. I've known about the guys for awhile now, and it's great that the guys have a big summer gun in the form of this new LP to win people over. The guys don't have a defined sound or category that they fall under, and the group are all the more better for it as they have that uniqueness and vibe to them that really puts them in a category of their own, and are definitely starting to create a buzz around town as one of Boston's hottest musical properties.
