Boston based Andrew DiMarzo Trio is gearing up for a big show this weekend on Sun. 1/13 at O'Brien's in Allston, where they'll be playing alongside Tory Silver & Kaya Boom for what is sure to be an awesome night of music. You may remember Andrew DiMarzo from the interview I did with him on the podcast last year where he talked about his musical influences, and how it helped him escape his personal demons and transform him into the beautiful person he is today. I had the opportunity to check him out in concert at The Mid East Upstairs last year where his blend of rock and soul had a strong impact on those in attendance that evening, myself included. The Andrew DiMarzo Trio have impeccable talent and a wonderful, carefree spirit about them that manifests itself well both on record and on stage. Definitely make it your mission to check out the trio, and the other acts performing that evening for a well rounded musical experience.
