Summer is coming to an end, but never fear because MusicBoxPete's annual "Bands of Summer" shirtless photo special will make sure it ends with a bang! A mainstay here on the site, this special has become a big hit with artists both locally and outside of the region getting a chance to reveal a different side of them by bearing some skin, and bring about a sense of awe and wonder for their fans as they bear witness to seeing musicians in the flesh. This photo special is open up to all bands/musicians regardless of location, and everyone is encouraged to be creative and go above and beyond to show off those shirtless bods. Here are the criteria for photo submissions:
- The pic must contain one or all members of the group appearing shirtless, whichever they feel comfortable with.
- Pics must show visible nudity below the shoulders, no headshots or selfies please!
- Artists are encouraged to be creative and find wacky elements when it comes to showing off nudity for the camera, make it fun!
You can submit all photos to: musicboxpete@gmail.com. The submission deadline for this year is Wed. Aug 30th, so act now and get those shirtless photos in for some fun in the sun!
