Boone, NC based indie collective The Nude Party have just released a music video for their song "Water On Mars" off their upcoming debut LP, and are slated to hit up Atwood's Tavern in Cambridge for a local show this coming Sun. Jan. 8th. Their music is described by the band as "boner-pop" as the music best reflects the band's musical bonding and brotherhood, rendered by their mutual and shared love for the same bands while gaining a notorious reputation as a house party band constantly pushing the limits and debauchery like no other. I really developed an immense love and appreciation for this band upon first listen, and really love how they don't hold back when it comes to exposing their true colors and personas which are nothing more but jovial and music loving citizens at heart. Much like their name, the band have a hard time keeping their clothes on during their live set, and I expect to see the fellas bare some skin and take off their shirts when they take the stage at Atwood's, where people will experience in full what makes this collective so special and unique. An immensely intriguing act that will definitely incite some musical arousal in circles near and far.
