Boston Indies New Dakotas Put Their Own Spin w/ Cover of Carole King's "It's Too Late&q

Boston indie sensations New Dakotas have just released their ingenious cover of Carole King's "It's Too Late" this past Friday. Hearing the band's version of the tune really makes you appreciate the fellas craft that much more, with colorful vocals and intricate melodies that run rampant throughout their version of the hit 70's tune. The group which has Alasdair MacKenzie on drums and vocals, Chris Haley on guitar and vocals, Juan Carlos Fernandez del Castillo on keys, and Scott Roberts on synth and bass have a fun and inventive way about themselves that is best experienced live where the magic really unfolds. I had the opportunity of interviewing the guys on my podcast back in April, and really found a common bond with the group as they both have a vision of where they want to take themselves moving forward, and making sure that their music has that message and extra spark within to make the audience gravitate towards them. Doing this cover only continues to expand the band's creative genius and dynamic that is only going to get better and more pronounced over time.

To take a listen to "It's Too Late", it's now available for streaming on Bandcamp over here and for more on New Dakotas, please 'Like' them on Facebook over at this spot here, and check out their official website right here for more in depth info surrounding the gents.
