Boston based indie singer-songwriter Jason Ebbs has returned with his sleek and shiny new single out today called "The Basement Scene". The song is a departure from his synth heavy songs from the past, and features more upbeat guitars and a more polished, straightforward aesthetic that highlights Jason's vocals that work its way through every musical crevice, but still maintains Jason's trademark feel-good vibe. I've had the pleasure of featuring Jason multiple times both on the site and on the podcast where he's always been a beautiful presence with his mellow persona, and his innate ability to make the listener feel like they are a part of something special. He goes about things in a different way than other singer-songwriters, and what he's doing that is so unique is that he's creating his own world where he can flourish creatively, and build a brand around his uber cool personality that is dazzling, colorful, and bombastic. A terrific track that allows you to soak up the last days of summer any way you can.
You can check out "The Basement Scene" now streaming on all major music platforms and for more on Jason Ebbs, please give him a 'Like' on Facebook here, follow him on Twitter here, and check out his dazzling pics amongst other things on Instagram at this perch here, alongside some show dates popping up here and there between now and the end of summer.
