Boston based jazz pianist Srisley is gearing up for a show happening this weekend, taking place tomorrow 4/13 over at The Lilypad in Cambridge. Performing under the name Srisley & Friends, she is a student at Berklee College of Music with her smooth voice and delicate melodies that are omnipresent the moment you begin listening to her music. A buzz is definitely starting to build from her sound as she has been selected as one of the five finalists for the 2024 Jacksonville Festival's Jazz Piano competition. One thing that she does extremely well is adapt her sound to small, intimate performances and large scale, more extravagantly produced affairs that give her a strong sense of diversity when it comes to getting her sound out to as many earlobes as possible. She has a warm, inviting presence to her music and it would definitely be worth your while to check her out live.
