Boston based indie collective Sinnet are back with their brand new single out today called "Island Town". The song is a refreshing, vivacious, and effervescent tune that springs your life into technicolor with the melodic rhythms bouncing off the ceiling, and putting a permanent smile on your face right away upon first listen. Lead singer Aaron Spransy takes his trademark songwriting abilities, and parlays that into an incredible piece that reflects upon change in his life including moving, buying a house, and coming to terms with the reality of growing up and finding some contentment in this crazy world. The guys have been featured on the site numerous times before, and I always appreciated their musicality and ability of everyone involved to create something truly dynamic and special that reflects each of the band member's individual musical tastes and styles, and exposes you to the possibilities of what can be achieved when musicians put their brains together. An exciting and indelible slice of musical heaven that makes all of the troubles of this past year put into the rearview mirror.
