Directly emanating from Boston comes the delightful indie vibe of Juniper, whom have released their brand new single to audience's ears last Friday titled "Listen To The Moment". The song is a cathartic, refreshing tune with free flowing melodies and a lovely perspective that allows you to grasp onto the band's musical vibe and message right away. Frontman Scott Johnson has a beautiful, serene voice that works in almost any fashion that you see fit, and he knows how to tackle that musical mission with remarkable aplomb and precision that it's almost second nature for him. Drummer Alejandro Marin does a magnificent job of complementing the other instrumentation around him, and learning how to adapt and complement his bandmates along the way and play off of their own musical wavelengths. The band are also no stranger to the site having been featured multiple times before, most notably my interview a couple of years ago featuring Scott and Ahren for my podcast. That left quite an impression on me as it showed firsthand what beautiful and kind souls they were, and also how genuine and sincere they are to everyone around them and treat them like they're a part of their family. I'm forever grateful and indebted to Juniper for being themselves, and not trying to emulate anyone else. A cool, reflective tune that lets you enjoy the brisk fall air that much deeper.
