Boston based singer-songwriter Baxter Hall released his brand new single to the masses just a couple of weeks ago titled "Apple Pie AF". The song is a fun, catchy romp with lyrics that need no explanation, and express Baxter's willingness and desire to kick things up a notch. His guitar skills are beyond imagination, and make you wonder if he's actually from this planet as his skills allow the song to take on a life of its own, and insert his trademark grooves wherever he so desires. I've had the opportunity to both feature him on the site and interview him on the podcast where I found him to be a comfortable and alluring presence who knows how to make everyone around who plays with him a better musician. He has that calming dexterity to him that makes the listener feel like they're reconnecting with an old friend, and Baxter certainly has that ability to make those moments with those you care about that much more special. An immensely potent musical offering from an extraordinarily talented musician.
