Boston based musical sensations Kooked Out are gearing up for a big local show happening on Thur. 4/18 when they grace the stage at the brand new Rockwood Music Hall in Boston alongside Maddy Roop. The guys are longtime mainstays here on the site, having first been featured numerous times going back when frontman John Fiore was part of another band Mojo Kick that goes way back to the early embryonic days of the site back in 2011. The guys have a catchy, edgy indie lo-fi vibe that keeps the listeners guessing, and elicits audience involvement right from the start. You’ve probably caught the guys busking right in front of Faneuil Hall while passing through downtown, I know I certainly did and appreciated the band's resolve and doing whatever it takes to get their music out to the open. It’s that determined work ethic and unrelenting resolve that has made Kooked Out one of the go-to acts and must see bands out there in the scene. Plus, they have a pretty snazzy bus to boot that is sure to be parked outside the venue there too.
