Beantown based crooner Matthew Connor is slated to perform at Atwood's Tavern in Cambridge tonight in celebration of the release of Farewell Motel, his brand new studio collection. Matthew has been steadily gaining buzz within inner circles for his traditional blend of pop that hearkens back to an era of music that no longer exists with a constant yearning for unrequitted love that immediately cuts to the core of what his musical essence is all about. His music video for "How Is July Already Over" was recently nominated for a Boston Music Award for 'Music Videio Of The Year', showing that he is starting to move into the upper echelon of undiscovered artists.
