Former Rooney guitarist Taylor Locke is foraying into a solo career with the Feb. 23rd release of his debut solo album titled "Time Stands Still". Taylor has been an integral member of Rooney since the band's inception, and now he's transitioning into an individual artist who has a tremendous voice and a beautiful perspective on life and all its distinct qualities. I always greatly apprecaited Rooney for bringing their California styled vibe to the masses, and evoked everything that there is to love about the Golden State. Now as a solo artist, Taylor has proved his mettle with indelible instrumentation and his laid back California demeanor working wonders through the musical confines.
