Boston based singer-songwriter Dan Masterson will be part of a stacked lineup when he takes the stage at Cusine En Locale in Somerville at the end of the month on January 29th. The bill is sponsored by my good friends at WEMF Radio, and features an assortment and a virtual who's who of the movers and shakers currently omnipresent in the scene right now. Acts that will be taking part in this show will be Junior Classics, Surf Vietnam , Jet Black Sunrise, and Copilot. There is no excuse for you to miss this event, as there is an assortment of bands to whet your musical appetiite, and give you a snapshot of who's heating up in the local scene right now as we speak to get you acquainted with your next local obsession. Dan Masterson in particular, who has been featured numerous times over here on the site is definitely worthy of your musical time. It will be an experience for me as I've never seen him live before, and he definitely offers up a little something different for the crowd as he directly balances out the sound to provide a little apertif of sorts that will keep the eyes and ears squarely focused on him. A tremendously talented performer who is definitely building up quite a following in the area.
