Brooklyn based indie popper pronoun is gearing up to make a big splash when she stops by Great Scott in Allston on Mon. 6/26. The name may strike a bell for some, with her delightful indie synth combos creating for a delectable listen that has been taking people by storm. I was intensely curious of hearing her music as I'm familiar with her by name only, and was quite pleased with what I heard from first listen. Originally going by the name of Alyse Vellturo, pronoun has a unique way of capturing the audience's attention with her synth laden, dream pop landscape that transports you into another universe where all your energies are focused directly on your mood and positivity levels that are ever increasing as a result of listening to her music at full steam. You'll definitely want to check out her music in concert as her tunes are even more potent when experienced live as it will get you into the swing of summer right away.
