Hull, UK indie legends The Hubbards have released their brand new, double sided single just today titled "Body Confident/Easy Go". Both songs have an undeniable, hooky twist with melodic explosions present at every single access point to give you a multi faceted view of the group at large. Consisting of Reuben Driver, Alex Green, Ronan Burns, and Joe Orlowski, the band have similarities to The Wombats, but they have their own musical identity to draw from and inspire people through their music. They certainly left an indelible impression on me with their brilliant and carefree vibe that seems to permeate throughout, and brings out the best in everyone who comes in contact with their music. It's not too often you encounter a band who have the talent, energy, and charisma to make it a long way in this business, and also make their presence known across the pond here in the U.S. where their music will be consumed along with the guys themselves who are most certainly pretty easy on the eyes without question.
