Macclesfield, UK based indie outfit Cassia have made an indelible impression on U.S. listeners with the release of their debut effort, "Replica" that came out this past Friday. I've been riding high with these handsome lads over the last couple of years with their sun soaked rhythms and youthful charm making an indelible impression on me and countless listeners abroad, and are starting to become a hot commodity here in the States as well. What sets these guys apart is their ability to brighten people's moods on a dime, and really make them feel special and a part of their extended family. The trio consists of Rob Ellis on guitar and vocals, Lou Cotterill on bass and vocals, and Jake Leff on drums and vocals. Cassia definitely have a unique gift to share with their listeners, and they almost act as welcome traveling companions to the beach or any warm weather destination where they bring out the best in everyone they come they come in contact with.
