Local Boston indie collective Arms and Ears are teaming up with Pregame Rituals for a big local show happening this Friday 5/24 at Thunder Road in Union Square, Somerville. Arms and Ears are no stranger to the site as they've been featured numerous times over the years, and going back even further I remember when I first saw frontman Rocco D'Angelo as part of the group Saving Alcatraz at the Immaculate Conception church hall shows way back when which was a sweaty affair that developed an intimate connection between the audience and the rabid music fan. Pregame Rituals were recently featured on the site a few weeks ago, and you may remember Georgio Broufas from his time in Western Education who are also an alum of the site, and it's great to see these two local acts team up to offer up a wealth of musical diversity that appeals to a diverse set of musical palettes that really make the crowd turn up in droves. I'm most certainly looking forward to seeing the musical bounties of both acts pile up tremendously in the coming years.
