Boston Indie-Psych Outfit Today Junior Turn Up The "Summer Heat" on New Single Out Today

Boston indie-psych favs Today Junior make their long awaited return with their brand new single out today called "Summer Heat". The song is a warm, escapist paradise with wonderful vocals and top-notch melodies that will put you in the summer frame of mind right away upon listening. The band consists of brothers Harry O'Toole on lead vocals and guitar, and Mike on drums. The guys are no stranger to the site, having been featured multiple times over and are considered living legends that have contributed a great deal to the early success of the site here. I was blown away by their talent right from the start from having first saw them at the long gone Copperfield's back in 2012, and was instantly hooked onto their curious garage rock sound that has evolved and morphed into a sound that is impossible to quantify and is entirely their own creation too. This new track will notch up the heat considerably, and make you yearn to see them in person where the full breadth and power of their musical might becomes apparent. An incredibly talented outfit that are my true musical brothers and spirit animals.
