Boston Pop-Punkers Start The Week Over Release New Single "Wish I Didn't Know" Off New EP Out 3/20

Boston pop-punk newcomers Start The Week Over have released their brand new single today titled "Wish I Didn't Know". It's the first single off their upcoming EP that will be out next Fri. 3/20. The song is a youthful, exuberant track full of exploding pop-punk rhythms that makes you so happy to be alive to bear witness to this glamorous track that represents all that is good about Boston and pop-punk in general. The band consists of Bobby Gioiosa on lead vocals and guitar, Matt Wikstrom on guitar, and Stephen Dorris on drums. The band have been featured on the site a couple of times before, and I had the opportunity and pleasure of checking them out in concert last summer at Outpost 186 in Cambridge where their music is best experienced. Their sound takes elements of early 00's pop-punk and juxtaposes it into more modern times to give the listener a throwback element that makes them a surefire hot commodity. I've known Matt for a few years now from going to NU Husky hockey games, and am constantly blown away by his creative ingenue that makes me so proud to be friends with him, and see him elevate his craft to new heights. An incredible track that is pretty much required listening at this point.
