From the homeland of The Beatles comes the dynamic alt-rock sounds of Primyl Vinyl, whom have released their latest musical odyssey titled "Baby Steps". The group's sound is a hard-nosed, no frills blend of alt-rock rhythms conjured upon a solid melodic framework that bursts out of the seams right away, and immediately keeps your attention squarely focused on the lads all the way throughout. The trio consists of Nahum Matthews on drums and vocals, Stephen Cheatle on lead guitar and vocals, and Matt Bankhurst on guitar and vocals. The band recently undertook some writing sessions with the legendary Sir Paul McCartney, and are ready to unveil some of that new material to a willing and able audience. With live shows on hold for the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the band will use that time to hone their skills seen at their live shows and learn how to mourn the loss of their beloved inflatable whale Jeremy who suffered an unfortunate puncture wound during a past show. That just gives a hint of the random and frenetic nature of their live shows where their true musical mission and spirit comes alive. An incredibly talented and handsome trio who definitely have something to offer from across the spectrum.
