Originating from Manchester, NH comes the fantastic indie-pop duo Polydrive, who have released their latest single just a couple of weeks ago titled "Favorite Band". The tune is a synth laden, dream filled odyssey coupled with wonderful production and a dream filled paradise that reels you right in from the first note. If you're not familiar with the act, it's comprised of brothers Cam and Cole Tessier who have both been featured here on the site previously, and had the privilege of interviewing for my podcast a couple of years back as well. I bonded with the brothers almost instantaneously, and they've become an extended part of my musical family also. The boys moved out of New Hampshire a few years back, but they've always be a New England band no matter what who have made those 80's styles harmonies, neon colors, retro cassette tapes, and all things fashionable back then popular now. The boys are guaranteed to become an omnipresent presence and force in your life, and I love the boys so much and have left a strong impact on me long after the song has ended, and are guaranteed to do the same thing to you. A marvelous piece of artistry that is just waiting to be heard.
