MusicBoxPete Nominated For Boston Music Award For "Music Publication of The Year"!

This past Friday, I was floored and blown away to hear the news that my site MusicBoxPete got nominated for a prestigious Boston Music Award for "Music Publication of the Year"! This is the first time ever that my site has been nominated for an award, and for it to be recognized as among one of the best music sites in Boston is a tremendous honor. I'm so elated and proud to be recognized and when I started this site 13 years ago, I never thought it would have the impact it did. To see how far the site has come along since then, it's really gratifying to see the impact it's had on countless artists from the Boston/New England area, and even on artists from outside the region as well. It's also expanded as well to include a weekly podcast and Facebook Live series that has exposed and spread the love of countless indie artists yearning to be heard. I'm so tremendously thankful to all of my faithful followers who have been a supporter of the site from day one, you guys motivate me constantly right out of the gate. To all of the musicians I've featured over the years, thank you for being a source of inspiration daily for your endless talents and gifts of music that you share with everyone.
