Nashville Based Troy Cartwright Is Sipping On "Whiskey Ginger" On New Single Out Today

Originally hailing from the Lone Star State in Dallas, TX and based in Nashville comes the pure country sounds of Troy Cartwright, who has released his latest opus into the world today titled "Whiskey Ginger". The song is a calming, passionate number with Troy's thunderous and melodic voice working its magic immediately upon contact, and takes listeners on a musical trip that you'll never want to return back from. I've known Troy for well over a decade now, and he traces his roots back to the Boston area as he attended Berklee College of Music where I first got to interview and know him. I was blown away by his talent and determination right from the outset, and I knew that he was well on his way of achieving something special with his music. His music cuts to the core and essence of what country music is all about: simple structured songs with poignant lyricism and heartfelt melodies that make you want to experience his music with those you care about. Troy is a man of multiple talents who also has a well known podcast called Ten Year Town chatting with other Nashville area songwriters about their musical journey and how they made it.
