The 3rd annual Summit Indie Fest is just around the corner, taking place on Oct. 2 at The Book and Bar in Portsmouth, NH. This year's festival is stockpiled with loads of promising musical talent, highlighted by local rock/hip-hop act STL GLD, local indie five-piece Copilot, musical tour de force Carissa Johnson, up and coming alt rock outfit Kooked Out, singer songwriter Alaina Ray, the one man band Jake Swamp and The Pine, plus young up and coming singer songwriters Meaghan Collins and Tyler Legare. This year's edition is welcoming music fans back with open arms after cancelling last year's festival due to the pandemic, and looking to unite everyone together in the spirit of live music and philanthropy as well. Past editions of the festival have gotten bigger and more expansive each year, and this year's edition is no exception. Sponsors for this festival include: The Story Collider, Sound It Out Films, Light of Day Records, and Moat Mountain Brewing Company.
