Ace Enders, frontman for the NJ emo-rock pioneers The Early November has released his brand new solo album to the world today called "Posture Syndrome". The disc is a dizzying, endless display of gentle, heartfelt acoustic ballads that touch the heartstrings, and Ace's cooing, calming voice that works wonders instantly upon impact. I've been a fan of Ace's since my high school years with his band's instant classic "I Want To Hear You Sad" among one of my anthems that still brings me to near tears every time I hear it. On his first new solo effort since 2020, Ace goes full throttle with a comforting and unflinching emotional effort with songs such as "Damaged Goods", "Wide Awake", and "Heavy" laying it all in front of the listener to marvel over and hold dear to their heart. I knew this album was special the moment the first single came out, and this just shows you how immensely talented he is in his own right and has very poignant melodies and heartfelt lyricism that makes you tear up the moment you hear it. When an artist affects you that much emotionally and puts you on the brink of tears because of its beauty, you're never going to forget or lose sight of them. An outstanding effort that provides for some much needed comfort as the colder weather draws itself in.
