Waking up to the sad news this morning that rock legend David Bowie passed away after a year and a half battle with cancer, he was 69 years old. Such a shiocking and mind numbing loss that we can't comprehend, Bowie changed the world of rock music with his unorthodox style and flare, along with his alter ego Ziggy Stardust. For the past 40 + years, Bowie did music his way and against the grain of what was expected from a musician.
