The pride and joy of Boston otherwise known as Somos will be gracing us with their presence coming up this Thursday 3/3 at The Mid East Upstairs, and they won't be alone as they will be bringing along Petal and The Superweaks along to what is shaping up to be a tasty musical menu. You may remember when I posted a writeup about them a few weeks ago about their brand new album "First Day Back" that is a godsend and is shaping up to be one of the best albums of the year, but quite frankly what gets me about these guys is how much fun they have when they're playing live that is just plain infectious and puts you in a positive frame of mind. There is a certain amount of joy that you get when you hear their music that immediately jolts you back to life after a long work day, and these guys are definitely on the cusp of creating something special with their music which you can experience live coming this Thursday!
