Local Boston favs Sports are gearing up to kickoff their first ever national tour tonight when they grace the stage at Out of The Blue right on Mass Ave in Cambridge, just across the street from the famed Middle East. They have a fresh, vivacious, and exciting sound that is all the rage about town, and are true leaders and representatives of what embodies a great local band like these talented gentlemen. The trio consists of Kris Ward, Sean Duffy, and John Blank who literally give their all when performing, and usually results being in a sweaty haze and having hoarse voices afterwards that are all good signs that an awesome time was had by all that were in attendance. I'm continually intrigued about these guys, and look forward to checking them out tonight for the first time in concert to see what all the fuss is about. A truly talented local band that are taking their wit and musical wisdom all across the land for everyone to marvel over.
