Boston Bred Pop-Punkers The Offseason Set To Rock Out O'Brien's Next Sat. 5/27

Born and raised here in the Bean, local pop-punkers The Offseason will be giving music junkies their fix when they hit up O'Brien's in Allston next Saturday, May 26. The team will be performing alongside Nuclear Santa Claust, Nervous Triggers, and Mikey Erg which is sure to put a kick in your Memorial Day weekend as the unofficial start of summer gets underway. The Offseason have been no stranger to the site, going back to when they were first featured as an Artist Spotlight 4 years ago and I commented on how they were representing the city quite well with their tried and true, authentic blend of pop-punk that resonates so strongly with scores of people here and across the country. It's no stranger to anyone that I grew up on pop-punk, and to hear these guys keep the spirit of the genre alive and well warms my heart with satisfaction that they are bolstering the credibility of the scene and fostering creativity and depth across all bands living in the Boston area as well. These guys definitely know what they're doing in terms of getting their musical message across to the audience, and they'll have no problem whatsoever communicating with the audience next week.
