Boston based R&B/soul wizard Melo Green is gearing up for a big local show happening next Fri. 3/14 at Lizard Lounge in Cambridge, where he'll be celebrating the release of his debut album titled "Laminar Flow" which came out back in October. A relative newcomer to the local scene, Melo has a smooth, calming presence with his beautiful voice working its magic immediately upon contact, and from there you immediately begin to feel an emotional connection and calm when you first listen to his music. I was thoroughly impressed with what Melo had to offer, and he really has a knack for making his listeners feel comfortable and at ease when he's transmitting his music to them. There's something about his sound that makes you want to curl up and get cozy with the one you care about, and experience something that's very sensual and one that can really take things to the next level. With songs like "She's My Rock" and a whole host of others, Melo has all the ingredients and tools to become a hot commodity in Boston's ever growing music scene.
