Boston's Gretchen Shae & The Middle Eight Drop New Tune "The Business of Broken Dreams" on Bandcamp

Boston based rock quartet Gretchen Shae & The Middle Eight released their brand new track today exclusively on Bandcamp titled "The Business of Broken Dreams". The fast paced tune ushers in the feel of fall with fast paced rock rhythms and Gretchen's piercing vocal abilities reminiscent of early 80's Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders mixed in to give the group some levity and gravitas that sets them apart immediately. The group consists of Gretchen Shae on guitar and vocals, Al Francis on drums and vocals, Justin Fyfe on guitar and vocals, and Quincy Lord on bass. What this group do exceptionally well together is that they all take turns with the vocals, and try not to let one's talents stand out more than the rest of the group. They truly are an ensemble piece, and really complement each other extraordinarily well and know how to bounce musical ideas off one another freely and let the chips fall where they may. A strong, musically cohesive track that you'll definitely find some comfort with as the fall weather arrives.

The song is available exclusively on Bandcamp at this link here. For more info on Gretchen Shae & The Middle Eight, please give them a 'Like' on Facebook here, and see their pics on Instagram conveniently at this perch over here.
