Texas native and Nashville based Troy Cartwright is back with his brand new EP out to the world today titled "Etc. All The Rest". The effort continues Troy's musical odyssey that began long ago back in 2012 when he was a student here in Boston at Berklee College of Music where I first met him, interviewed him multiple times over the years, hung out with him at The Record Company where he made his live effort, and have become best friends and brothers ever since. On this new effort, Troy digs deeper than he ever has before with poignant ballads, heartfelt lyricism, and top notch instrumentation that you've wouldn't expect anything else from. Troy is an example of a battle tested musician who has been through the major label ringer before, and is doing his own thing 100% independent which is just the way he wants it, and quite frankly is the way it was meant to be. A stunning and groundbreaking effort that could become one of the sleeper hits of the year.
