Haverhill, MA's own The New Highway Hymnal have just made available their latest release, "Reverb Room" for free streaming consumption on their Soundcloud page. The disc is a unique blend of lo-fi garage rock rhythms mixed in with a strong lyrical sensibility that is reflective of the area in which they grew up in that has a great deal of influence throughout their music. I've traveled through the Merrimack Valley area multiple times in the past, and I have a greater appreciation for their music which shows their hard working sensibilities finally coming through to fruition on this terrific collection of tunes.
