Proud to reveal today the 3 nominees for MusicBoxPete's Artist of the Year award! There have been tons of local acts featured here on the site over the past year that are all deserving of the award, but there can only be one winner and it's all up to you, my fellow readers to decide who the winner of this prestigious award will be. The 3 nominees that I've chosen all displayed the true characteristics of what a great local band is, and have made huge dents and waves in the local scene this past year that has greatly raised each of their profiles, and have made them more visible and attractive to the prospective music fan.
