Toronto based indie pop artist Eric Reid (A Prince) is ready to lay it on listeners with his steaming new track "I Need You Closer". The track is an upbeat slice of heaven with insightful vocals that provide us into the glimpse of Eric's life that is brimming with positivity and also allows you to see how his creative mind works as well. There's something very refreshing about his sound when you first hear him, and he doesn't try to emulate anyone else but himself that allows him to plant his flag deep within the ground that attracts listeners from all over to marvel at his unique talents. What Eric does well is convey all his innermost thoughts into one succinct wavelength, and doesn't hold back when it comes to letting everyone around him know how he feels. Sometimes musicians are a little bit hesitant to bare all as he does in the photo above of him lounging in the bathtub, but Eric has no qualms about being himself and he's definitely made an impression on myself and countless others with his charming and unabashed appeal.
