Have a premiere to bring you into the weekend directly from Boston's own Abadabad who are releasing their brand new single today titled "10 Fingers", the first cut off their brand new album Touch The Feel that will be released in March. The song is utter gloriousness at its finest, and signals the band's return with a downtempo effort that features scores of indie elements transposed upon frontman Jeremy Lee Given's mysterious and otherworldly vocals. I remember when I first featured these guys 4 years ago with the undeniably catchy "Take It Slow" that they recorded at Converse Rubber Tracks in Brooklyn, and I remember how immensely melodic these guys were, and with this effort they seem to be signaling in a new direction that shows the depth and versatility of the group that is emerging right in front of you as we speak. There seems to be nothing that these guys can't do, and Abadabad are forging their own path and musical identity that has evolved beautifully and masterfully into what you hear now. An outstanding effort from an eagerly anticipated album waiting in the wings.
