From Santa Cruz, CA comes the high energy rock sounds of The Coffis Brothers & The Mountain Men, who have just released their all new single, "You Ain't Got The Heart". The song has a freewheeling, old school rock and roll energy to it similar to the likes of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers with a more modern take and their own originality to match that is fresh, inviting, and leaves plenty to be desired. These guys were a real treat to listen to, and they seem to have their own musical identity that is brimming with all sorts of possibilities right here at this very moment. What I loved about them was to keep things energetic and rewarding for the listener that is checking them out, and the energy reflected in the song is the same tempo that is reflected when you see them in concert, something that is very difficult to do. You'll definitely find a common ground with these fellas, and they definitely offer up something different for the prospective music listener who will most certainly appreciate what they have to offer musically. A great undiscovered act that is worthy of checking out.
