Local veterans Pulitzer Prize Fighter are set for a big local show happening this weekend on Sat. 6/17 @ PA's Lounge in Union Square, Somerville along with the likes of Kid Gulliver, Tioga, and Kate Taylor Mighty. The band have a strong habit of inflicting some groove laden R&B hooks throughout their music, which signifies their creativity and their deep ability to think creatively outside of the box, and do something that most other acts would be hesitant to try out themselves. The fellas are of course no stranger to the site, being featured numerous times over the last few years and have developed a loyal fan following for their organic live shows that feature the occasional covers, while maintaining a jovial and laid back vibe that is allowing the band to really flourish and be seen by alot more naked musical eyes more now than ever. It's been astounding to see the band really hit their stride, and they're definitely going to be a band that provides for an immense amount of enjoyment as your summer begins to get into full swing.
