Boston's own Jason Ebbs is back with his vivacious brand new single out today titled "Clementine". It's the first single off his brand new album, "The Deep End" which is scheduled for release at the end of the month on 2/26. The song is an indelible, upbeat number with Jason's elegant vocals weaving in and out to allow the song to burst to life the moment you hit 'Play'. Jason is no stranger to the site, having been featured numerous times before and had the pleasure of interviewing him for my podcast late last year as well. Jason is not the mold of a traditional singer-songwriter, and this song sees him veering into indie-pop territory with a more layered and textured sound that has opened the floodgates for him tremendously. This is really going to be the song that sets Jason over the edge, and has revealed a different facet of his personality as well much like his previous single "Not Even Over". I have high hopes for Jason moving forward, and this is only the beginning of what is sure to be a very promising and rewarding musical future. A song that really allows you to escape from the drudgery of the cold weather.
