Hawaii based Trent Kainalu pays homage to his roots on his entrancing new single titled "Love Nebula". The escapist tune has dreamy electro pop melodies transposed with the love and feel of his Hawaiian upbringing sprinkled about to give the song an upbeat and escapist look to it. It's as if you've been transported to this magical land where Trent acts as a musical tour guide of sorts to give you the look and feel of his homeland through his musical eyes and voice, where you marvel at the sheer beauty and musical delights that are omnipresent at every turn. I was marveled at Trent's talents from the very start, and he really seems to have a full grasp of who he is a musician and what image he wants to convey. He is similar to Vacationer in most aspects who at one point was referred to as part of the "Nu-Hula" genre, but Trent refers to himself as "Hawaii-Fi" that really makes you appreciate him that much more for creating his own genre of sorts that really is unlike anything else out there today, and really takes you away from your surroundings into this impenetrable, dreamlike musical sanctuary.
