Boston Indie Rockers Today Junior Return With New Single "Laurel Canyon"

Writer: MusicBoxPeteMusicBoxPete

The prodigal sons have returned as Boston indie studs Today Junior make their long awaited return with "Laurel Canyon", their brand new single dropping today. The song features the band's trademark psychedelia-infused rhythms composed within the indie realm, and conjuring up images of nostalgia and escapism that are in heavy demand these days. The outfit consists of Harry O'Toole on lead vocals and guitar, his brother Mike on drums and backing vocals, and Anthony Ambrose on bass. The group are no strangers to the site, having first been featured back in 2012 and have been a constant presence here since. What I've always appreciated about the guys is how they never deviate from their musical course, and always keep their eyes headed towards the future and what the possibilities are from here on out. But most importantly, I've always appreciated their friendship and these guys have become family to me over the years, and have been nothing short of gracious and rad as hell dudes who have gained so much wisdom and have grown immensely over the years, especially their beautiful flow!

To check out "Laurel Canyon" for yourself, it's available for streaming on Bandcamp right here and on all major streaming platforms as well.
